The CHA Center is located at 15 Ellsworth Road in Blue Hill, Maine.
From Ellsworth: Follow Main Street in Ellsworth out of town towards Blue Hill. Go across the bridge and pass Rooster Brothers. Get in the left-hand lane as you start to go up the hill right after Rooster Brothers. Stay in the left lane to get onto Route 172 towards Surry and Blue Hill. This is a tricky intersection where you will have the right-of-way but not everyone knows that, so be careful! Take that left and follow Route 172 through Surry and into Blue Hill. As you come down the hill approaching the village of Blue Hill, the Community Health Alliance is on the left across from the Bagaduce Lending Library. We share the parking lot with Blue Hill Laundry. If you come to the Blue Hill Co-op, you've missed the CHA Center so just turn around and come into the parking lot right after Blue Hill Laundry.
From Bucksport (Routes 1/15): Take Routes 1/15 East towards Ellsworth. Turn right onto Route 15 towards Blue Hill. Follow Route 15 for several miles until it ends at a T intersection in the village of Blue Hill at McVay's garage. Turn left and go around curve, pass the Blue Hill Co-op, and turn right into the parking lot after Blue Hill Laundry. The CHA Center is setback off the main road towards the corner of the property.
