MONDAYS

    4–5:15 p.m.:  Very Gentle Yoga for Healing with Sally Clinton
    5:30–6:45 p.m.:  Beginner/Gentle Yoga with Sally Clinton
    7-8:30 p.m.:  Salsa Dancing with Silvana Cuello

TUESDAYS
    4:30-6 p.m.:  Moderate Vinyasa Yoga with Sally Clinton

WEDNESDAYS    
    8:15–9:45 a.m.:  Mixed Levels Yoga with Sally Clinton
    10:30-11:45 a.m.:  Yoga for Beginners with Sally Clinton
    4–5:15 p.m.:  Gentle Yoga with Sally Clinton

THURSDAYS    
    4:30-6:30 p.m.:  Foundations of Ayurveda with Sally Clinton
       New Class!  March 4, 11, 18 & 25, pre-registration is required

FRIDAYS
   8:15-9:45 a.m.:  Mixed Levels Yoga with Sally Clinton


SATURDAYS 
    10-11:30 a.m.:  Mother the Mother: Prenatal Yoga with Rebecca Rose Tousignant
    11:30 a.m.-12 p.m.: Additional time for reflection, journaling and nutritive tea, optional
       (March 6, 13, 21 (Sunday for this week), 27, April 3 & 10)

SUNDAYS
    
    9–10:30 a.m.:  Mixed Levels Yoga with Daksha Baumann
